Online WEBroker Booking Platform
Hundreds of brokers across the country use our online WEBroker system to provide their clients with high quality insurance products. They enjoy generous levels of commission supported by a dedicated team ensuring a quick response to any policy queries.
Our WEBroker platform is flexible enough to not only allow you to sell our popular WEBroker travel insurance to your clients but also other products, so you don’t have to log into a different system to sell a different product.
The WEBroker system guides you through a compliant process to book your client’s policies and create their policy documents to either print or send via email.

We can white label any of the products available on the WEBroker platform to match your company branding, or supply you with a table of rates to upload to your own platform.
We have also sourced dedicated products for larger clients and loaded these into the WEBroker system for them to access either in their brokerage or as an online system for their customers.

We have excellent relationships with a large number of underwriters ensuring that we can provide you the product that you need for your clients.

To become a user of the WEBroker system you will need to be authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
Please complete and return the online broker interest form available here. We will then get in touch with you to answer any questions you may have and send you an agency agreement to complete.
Once you have completed and returned the agency agreement we can set you up on the WEBroker system and send you your log-in details.
When you are logged in you can begin to sell polices to your clients.
If you would like to have credit facilities we will need to run a credit check on your company, however once that comes back satisfactorily, you will be able to add any policies to your account and settle your account the following month. If you do not wish to have an account your clients can still purchase a policy by using your client’s credit card.
On the first week day of each month you will be sent a statement showing how many policies you have sold.
For any policies that are sold using a client’s credit card, we will send you your commission each month via a BACs payment.
